【内容量 NET】750ml 【産地 region】日本 宮城県 Miyagi, Japan 【品種 variety】シャルドネ　Chardonnay 【タイプ type】白　white 2021年のビッグヴィンテージのリリースでも、みなさまに驚いていただいたOro でしたが、2022年は更にそれを上回る出来になりました。 しかしながら、雨が多いこの年は、ぶどうにとっても厳しい年で収穫は、昨年の半分しか得られませんでしたが、その分厳選した選果と、慎重な仕込みで、量は少ないながらも、2021を上回る出来になっております。 11 年目になるこの樹のシャルドネは、大野正敏氏という素晴らしい生産者さんの愛情を注ぎ込まれて、名前に恥じない金ピカのワインに育ってくれました。 豊かな果実味、優しく心地よい酸味、十分なボディとアフター。 どれをとっても、完璧にしあがっております。 ぶどうやワインは自然そのものを映し出すことしか出来ません。 毎年こうなるとも限らないのです。 現に2024 年は、残念ながら一本もできませんでした。 ぜひ、みなさまのとっておきの日に、ゆっくり大切な方と味わって頂けましたら幸いです。 フラッグシップシリーズの中でも、特に優れたcuvée に関しては、Reserva(リゼルヴァ)表記をつけることにしました。 ◯味わい 洋梨のコンポート、ジャスミン、バター、バニラ ◯シーン お気に入りのレストランや、記念日に家族や友人とゆっくりと楽しむ ◯温度帯 13～16℃ ◯グラス 大ぶりのブルゴーニュグラス ◯お料理 白子やホタテのバターソテー、菜花のからし和え、野菜のポタージュ ◯飲み頃 今 ～ 2035 年 ◯飲みきり 抜栓から3 日以内 \\about Winery 生産者について// 私たちは、宮城県川崎町で2015年からワインをつくっている農場=Fattoriaです。 蔵王連邦の麓にあるこの町はとても穏やかで、静かで、心地よい土地です。 畑と田んぼ、山と湖、小さな商店街とあたたかい人々。 訪ねてくださった方々が、この町の良さを感じてくださる時は本当にうれしいです。 「AL FIORE」は、代表の目黒浩敬が2002年仙台市内に開いたイタリアンレストランの名前です。 日本語で「一輪の花」を意味するAL FIOREということばには、 みなさんを魅了する一輪の花が、やがてタネをこぼし、いつかお花畑のように、もっともっと多くの人々の幸せへと広がるようにという願いが込められています。 私たちのワイナリー「Fattoria AL FIORE」の活動は、レストランから始まったAL FIOREの次のステージである「お花畑」の基盤をつくる第1歩です。 ワイン造りを通してご縁をいただいた素晴らしい仲間たちの活動を応援(支援)できる存在でありたいと思っています。 2014年、最初の畑を開墾した川崎町安達の周囲は耕作放棄と過疎化が進んでいました。 ここを人が集まる場所にできないだろうか？ と考え、農園を開いてぶどうの樹を植え始めました。 志を持ったたくさんの人が集い、誰もが対等な立場で、自然の恵みをいただきながらものを創造し、その喜びをさらに多くの人と分かちあう状況をつくる。 この想いが私たちの活動の原点です。 We are Fattoria, a farm that has been making wine since 2015 in the town of Kawasaki, Miyagi Prefecture. This town, located at the foot of the Zao Federation, is a very peaceful, quiet, and pleasant place. The fields and rice paddies, mountains and lakes, a small shopping street, and warm people. We are very happy when visitors feel the goodness of this town. AL FIORE" is the name of the Italian restaurant opened by CEO Hirotaka Meguro in 2002 in Sendai City. The word "AL FIORE" means "a single flower" in Japanese, The word "AL FIORE" means "a single flower" in Japanese, and it is a wish that the single flower that attracts you will eventually spill its seeds and spread to the happiness of more and more people, just like a flower garden. The activities of our winery, Fattoria AL FIORE, are the first step in laying the foundation for the next stage of AL FIORE, which started as a restaurant, the "flower garden. In 2014, the area around Adachi, Kawasaki, where we cultivated our first vineyard, was abandoned and depopulated. We wondered if we could make this a place where people could gather. So we opened a farm and started planting grape vines. We wanted to create a situation where many like-minded people could get together, where everyone could create on an equal footing, where everyone could enjoy the blessings of nature and share the joy of creating something with even more people.
