Assemblage before bottling. \\from Importer インポーターコメント// 淡い赤色。熟した葉付きの苺やコンポート、プラム、りんご、グレナデンなどの赤い果皮を持つ果実の香りを主体に、ブラックベリーやブルーベリーなど黒系果実の香りが溶け込みます。 色合いや香りの印象から軽やかなイメージを抱きますが、ライトタッチのLes Nouettesに比べては更に赤い果実の充実した様子が伺えます。レッドグローブなど皮付きの葡萄を頬張り果汁が溢れ出るようなジューシー感に、苺のコンポートやグレナデンなどを想わせる果実の風味が溶け込み、雑味のない果実味が伸びやかな酸と共に広がります。 溌剌とした明るい果実味にナツメグやクローブなどの風味がアクセントのように感じられ、可愛らしい果実味に奥行きを与えています。 Pale red color. The nose is mainly red skinned fruits such as ripe leafy strawberries, compote, plums, apples, and grenadine, blended with black fruits such as blackberries and blueberries. The color and aroma give the impression of lightness, but compared to the light-touch Les Nouettes, the red fruits are even more full-bodied. The juiciness of the wine is reminiscent of the juice overflowing from a Red Globe or other grape with skin on, blended with fruit flavors reminiscent of strawberry compote or grenadine, and the fruitiness is free of clutter and expands with a refreshing acidity. The lively, bright fruitiness is accented by nutmeg and clove flavors, which add depth to the lovely fruitiness. \\about Vigneron 生産者について// Jean-Christophe Garnier ジャン＝クリストフ・ガルニエ グランメゾンに10年以上ソムリエとして務めたジャンクリストフ ガルニエは、農業学校で学んだ後、マークアンジェリのもとで働きながら多くのことを学びドメーヌを立ち上げました。辛口～甘口　酸化熟成型白～ミネラル豊かな白　赤の微発泡など実に個性豊かなワインを造っています。 10年を経た現在、サンベール　ドゥ　ラティー（村の名前）に7haの畑を所有するに至ったのですが、年数が経つにつれ区画ごとの特徴も把握でき、それに合わせた仕事ができるようになったそうで、醸造も自然に行うことが土地の味わいの表現につながると信じて頑張っています。 彼のワインは自然な造りでありながら、味わいが美しく明確な主張を感じられます。それはきっと、著名なレストランのソムリエの立場でワインを供した経験が、ワイン造りに反映されているのだと思うのです。 メインラベルには、自らの尾を呑み込む蛇「ウロボロス」が描かれております。 最も古い文明のシンボルのひとつとされ、世界各地の文明に派生し多くの神話に登場する蛇ないし竜で、創造、輪廻転生や無限などの象徴とされております。 ジャンクリストフは、ウロボロスを陰と陽、宇宙と地球の意味合いを込めて採用しました。 After working as a sommelier at a grand house for more than 10 years, Jean-Christophe Garnier studied at an agricultural school and then worked for Marc Angeli, where he learned a lot and started his own estate. The wines are truly unique, ranging from dry to sweet, oxidized whites to mineral-rich whites, and slightly effervescent reds. After 10 years, he now owns 7 hectares of vineyards in Saint-Bert-de-Latie (the name of the village), and as the years have passed, he has been able to understand the characteristics of each plot and work accordingly. He believes that natural winemaking is the best way to express the flavors of the land. His wines are made naturally, yet they taste beautiful and have a clear statement. I am sure that this is due to his experience of serving wine as a sommelier in a famous restaurant, which is reflected in his winemaking. The main label depicts the Ouroboros, a snake that swallows its own tail. The Ouroboros is one of the oldest symbols of civilization, and is a snake or dragon that has appeared in many myths derived from civilizations all over the world, symbolizing creation, reincarnation and infinity. Jean-Christophe chose the Ouroboros to symbolize the yin and yang, the universe and the earth.
